Privacy Policy: 
BUSINESS OWNERS FOR CHRIST INTERNATIONAL is committed to protecting your privacy: any information given to us will be used for the sole and express purpose of fulfilling your order as requested.  We NEVER sell our customer information to ANYONE.  Our online store uses only the best secure, encrypted technology to process your orders safely and securely.  Your confidentiality is as important to US as it is to YOU.

All orders placed online after business hours will be processed the next day.  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day.  All orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified.  Large and International orders may require some additional lead time.  Lead time varies during our busy holiday season.  Please place your holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.
 
 
Refunds and Returns: 
 
You may return unopened gifts sold and fulfilled by VIDA PROVISION GROUP INTERNATIONAL within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.); otherwise your refund will be less the cost of shipping.  You will need to contact us to receive an authorization code. 
 
All VIDA PROVISION GROUP INTERNATIONAL custom-ordered items and custom imprinted items are made to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be returned. 
 
 
Terms of Our Services:  
 

All our services are negotiated with a signed contract agreement between Vida Provision Group International and the customer. It is our policy not to begin or book services without completed contract in place. Our contracts will include our services, time of completion of services, our fees, and other terms for mutual customer satisfaction and acceptance of Vida Provision Group International. All our services require an initial consultation, pre-payment of any expenses, a 50% deposit and remainder of payment upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If the customer cancels the booking or breaks the contract of service(s), there will be no refund of deposit and any expenses that have been prepaid. In the event of natural disaster, inclement weather, or unavoidable circumstance on the part of Vida Provision Group International, we will provide the same services at a newly agreed upon contract date and at the same rate of initial contract.

 


Payment: 
 
 
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.  Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
If you do not have a credit card for payment, we will accept cheques and/or money orders/cashier's cheque. We do not accept cash via mail. We will not ship your product or deliver completed service until full payment is received. Please send this type of payment to our mailing address found on our contact page.

Corporate Purchasing:
 
A Company Account may be established upon credit application and approval.  Your first order must be paid via credit card which will be kept on file.  Invoices for which payment is not received within 10 business days from the date of the invoice will be charged to the credit card on file.  No exceptions.  Custom imprint orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
 
 
 
Shipping: 
 
Gifts shipped from our facility are shipped via Fed Ex and/or UPS.  Ground shipping charges are applicable and are determined using gift weight, size, destination and arrival date.  A physical address is required for all shipments: we cannot ship to a P. O. Box.  Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us.
 
Every effort will be made to ship your order within 24-48 hours, unless it is a large order for which arrangements will be made on an order by order basis.
We take care in packaging our gifts for secure shipment.  Each gift will be packaged in its own box; stand-alone gift items shipping to the same address will be packaged together as much as possible to eliminate additional shipping charges.  In the rare event that damage does occur during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may take appropriate corrective actions.
 
 
 
Local Delivery: 
 
Local deliveries are made in the Bellingham, WA area.  The cities and charges can be found under "shipping options" in the shopping cart.  You will be able to cancel your order after viewing the shipping options if you wish.
Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us.  Corporate deliveries will be made between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
 
 
 
Out of Stock and Substitutions: 
 
We continually will enhance our product offerings with excellent products for our customers!  We promote products in our website store that we carry, therefore, we will not send you a substitution to what you have ordered. We will send you exactly what you have ordered.
