Membership Dues Payment Processing:
Currently, the only memberships that are without charge are the Registration for Claudia Santiago's VIVA-LA-VIDA! SUCCESS Membership. Therefore the payment policies do not apply. Membership requests are online - Available 24 hours a day.

All membership requests placed online after business hours will be processed the next day. Requests placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Membership Login and Password:
All members will receive their own membership number, login and password for our members only section of our website. You will receive this within 24-48 hours of your membership approval.
Membership Cards:
New Membership cards will generally be e-mailed in PDF format within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified. Large and International membership orders may require some additional lead time. Lead time varies during our busy holiday season. For new members, please finalize your membership application and submit early to ensure on-time membership approval and membership card delivery.
Refunds and Returns:
There are no Membership dues, therefore there is no policy on refunds and returns. If a member would like to cancel their membership, we must be notified in writing and their membership will be cancelled within 24hrs.
